1. Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs are not contractual.
2. Orders
Any order placed on the anakaya.fr website implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Anakaya reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
4. Payment
The accepted payment methods are: credit card via PayPlug or any other method offered at the time of payment.
5. Delivery
Products are shipped within 4 working days.
Delivery area: France, French overseas departments and territories and worldwide.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer .
The returned product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging.
